As we announced at the Internet2 Spring Member Meeting, we are rolling out a new Video Services Participation model that is free for any dues-paying Internet2 member institution, and a host of new cost-recovery based services. We’ve been hard at work deploying the gear to support these new initiatives, and I’m pleased to say that we’re getting very close. In fact, we’ll be ready to start taking applications this month. To prepare you for this, I’d like to invite everyone to a webinar explaining the new services in detail, give some deployment examples, and answer any questions you might have. This webinar will be held using Adobe Connect, but we’ll also have the capability to participate using H.323 or SIP video if you prefer.

The webinar will be at 3pm EDT on Thursday, July 12, and slots are limited – register now if you’d like to join us!
