The latest version of openSAML is stored here
http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/downloads/maven2/org/opensaml/opensaml/
yet only the lower versions are stored in the Maven specific repository
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/opensaml/opensaml
Is another group manage when the Maven repo will get updated and that is out
of your teams control. Or should requests be submitted to get this repo
updated with the latest release.
