A bug in OpenSAML 2.2.0 was discovered during our final Shibboleth IdP
2.1 release testing. This bug affected, and prevented the use of, the
chaining metadata provider in some cases. It has been fixed in this
OpenSAML 2.2.1 release. This bug fix is the only change from 2.2.0.
