[JXT-31] - Add BaseXMLObjectMarshaller and BaseXMLObjectUnmarshaller  
classes that provide no-op implementations of the
           methods on the AbstractXMLObjectMarshaller and  
AbstractXMLObjectUnmarshaller classes.
A very good reason to upgrade to XMLTooling 1.1.0 :-)
