As was pointed out. That should read "a two *week* counter".

Release Candidate 3 of the OpenSAML 2.0, Java, libraries is now available for download. This is a bug fix release, no new functionality has been implemented.
As with the previous version this begins a two counter before to the final release contingent upon any bugs that may be found.
