Release Candidate 1 of the OpenSAML 2, Java, library is now available.

This release contains a significant amount of refactoring and bug fixes 
from the previous releases.

This library has been tested pretty heavily over the last couple of 
months but it probably still contains bugs.  If you encounter bugs, or 
have feature requests for future version, please submit them to:
https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira

This release represents the frozen API for the library except where it 
is necessary to make API changes in order to address a bug.
