We have a bug, those elements are in the empty namespace, not the SOAP
namespace. It's a common mistake due to misreading the schema. My old Java
code gets it right, but both versions of the new code are broken and use the
SOAP namespace, so they need to be fixed.
There's still a bug if it's throwing an NPE anyway, but the code also needs
fixing, so please file bugs.
