Hi,

According to the SAML 2.0 specs the AuthzDecisionQuery must have 1 or more
<Action> nodes. I can find other nodes, such as Evidence in the opensaml
library, but support for the Action seems to be missing. I only see a method
getActions(), but there seems to be no way of setting them.
