Well, changing the transforms did not change the result with Google. The
only one I changed was c14n to exclude comments. So the jury is still
out, whether its me (likely), Google (somewhat), or OpenSAML (doubtful).

It's worth noting SAML defines the legal transforms. If what we're
producing
is correct, then they have a bug (and vice versa).
