The following method was added in revision 921 (from May 2^nd).

 

    /** {@inheritDoc} */

    public void setMessage(SAMLObject message) {

        prepareForAssignment(protocolMessage, message);

    }

 

When I use getMessage() on an ArtifactResponse object, it always returns null because the protocolMessage member variable is never actually set. I think the method should be written:

    /** {@inheritDoc} */

    public void setMessage(SAMLObject message) {

        this. protocolMessage = prepareForAssignment(protocolMessage, message);

    }
