No chance. If they weren't being set by you somehow, they wouldn't be the
same.

I see no possible way they could be the same. Simply isn't statistically
possible. If you come up with any way for that to happen, you can report it
as a bug, but I can't see it.
You can always generate the IDs with the ID generator class and pass the ID
in, but I see no reason for doing that in most cases.
