Consider Shibboleth 1.3, which is an open-source implementation of the
SAML V1.1 browser profiles.

There is no open-source implementation of SAML V2.0 available at this
time. There is a technology preview of OpenSAML 2.0, which is an early
implementation of SAML V2.0 Core (no binding support at this time).
Shibboleth 2.0 will implement the SAML V2.0 browser profiles. See the
