Scott,
Is there some type of special method or parameter I need to call to get a
SAMLResponse to add in the X509 certificate it was signed with?

I can generate the SAML response and sign it - but I noticed the resulting
SAML message doesn't contain the X.509 signature the way Shib does.

If you can give me just the name of the method, I can go search the Shib
code, but I thought I'd try and see if there wasn't an easier way to divine
this information :).
