Not sure what you mean by this.  I'm just trying to make a distinction in the
reason why I didn't get any data for a particular attribute for a particular
subject from a particular authority.  And, depending on the type of non-data
(empty v. null v. invalid), perform some sort of appropriate action (display
error, log result, continue, etc.).
