OpenSAML user discussion

There is a bug with libtool on x86_64 that prevents opensaml from being 
compiling. I ran into this with Gentoo (current stable), I believe 
Redhat patches their libtool to prevent this from happening, and I am 
not sure about Debian or SuSE.

The attached patch to aclocal.m4 works around this problem and allows 
opensaml to build.
