Just a warning to anybody that's been picking up fixes from cvs, we're going
to check in a change to the configuration process in
OpenSAML that fixes some of the current weirdness.

The overall init process should be automatic now during the first use of a
class, and Walter Hoehn converted the current design to a
more typical property set that can be overridden with a Properties object or
by setting properties one by one like before.

The Init() class is being converted into a SAMLConfig class for the prop
get/set methods.

Most apps should be able to just remove the Init.init() call and ignore it.

At some point, I'll probably rename the config properties as URIs like Xerces
feature/properties are, but that part isn't done yet.
