Yes, that's the most likely fix. There is a static initializer for the Init
class that calls it, but it's not called beforehand in
every situation that Java classes load.
If you're using a servlet, just add the call to your servlet init method.
It's thread-safe and reentrant, so you can call it
multiple times without any ill effects.
