That’s fine, I’ll put a buffer day so it’s 5/13-5/19 and you can change it later. Yep, it’s the $229/night rate.

I might need to add a day on at either end (it depends on their flights) - hopefully that will still be possible to do later?

Quick question: on your lodging submission you said you want 4 rooms for the NSRC people with the same check in/check out dates - do you mean the same as the dates you submitted? 5/14-5/18?
