Introduction to Kubernetes Tutorial

Hey there all,

Couple quick follow-up things. 

First, swag wise -- I completely forgot at the end the day to pass out Kubernetes stickers. If you want some, please just give Jeff or I a poke if you see us in the hallway or in a session, we both have a small stockpile of them with us.

I've updated the repo with some of the small nits and issues discovered today. If you happen to encounter any others please feel free to create a pull request or contact me to change them and I'll update them as soon as I can.

The install guide itself and main repo readme in the will be updated with some of troubleshooting tips and info on some of the errors encountered with the installation (brew permissions error, nuking the minikube cache dir etc).
