Thanks for the productive call this morning.  We're making progress!

EXEC SUMMARY: Basically, we gave the green light to send the survey to
known contacts.  Everyone will continue to log info on the resources
they're discovering on the key contacts google doc here. (let James
know if you can't access this doc)
