I know it's short notice but here is another exciting event coming from St. Francis University and FREE to K12 and Higher Education.
Saint Francis University of Loretto, PA will present The Universe of Song:
with Paul Purple on Monday, April 24 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST via Internet 2.
The Universe of Song: with Paul Purple
Join us for the Universe of Song. This session is an intense sixty-minute songwriting workshop that will teach participants how to write their own songs! Both beginners and experienced songwriters will learn from singer/guitarist Paul Purple’s method and instruction. Regardless of musical expertise, students will gain valuable new artistic skills and insights while enjoying themselves.
International performance, recording, and teaching artist Paul Purple and accompanist Jim Donovan (Founding member of the multi-platinum selling band Rusted Root and current Saint Francis University Instructor of Music) will provide this presentation via live performance and audience interaction. Following the session, Paul and Jim will allow time for a question and answer session.

Paul Purple is a songwriter based in Centre Hall, PA whose work is roistered
by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and is popular with many schools across
the Commonwealth. He's taught students of all ages at schools, colleges and
festivals around the country. A joyfully talented artist, he's a wonderful
teacher, inspiring coach, and a motivating musical force.
This session is open to both K-12 and college audiences. Interested groups
should RSVP no later than April 19, 2006. Technology requirements:
