Winter 2012 Joint Techs Attendees

All,

Lunch is being provided for registered attendees at the full-day OpenFlow and Achieving the Science DMZ tutorials. Registration for OpenFlow is full; all registrants will be given a lunch ticket. However, only those who have registered by DoodlePoll for the Achieving the Science DMZ tutorial by 12 noon ET on 1/10/12 will be given a lunch ticket! After that time, anyone who wants may attend this tutorial, but will be responsible for providing their own lunch. (Note: there is one open food location nearby; information is available at the registration desk.)

Attendees at the Hands-On Tutorial for Colo/Telco Facility Installations (starting at 1 pm CT) should plan to eat before arriving at PBRC.

Note: You must be registered for Joint Techs to attend these tutorials; you must check in at the registration desk and get your badge before joining the tutorial sessions.

Busing from the conference hotel is being provided on Sunday for these tutorials: a bus departs from the Baton Rouge Marriott at 8:15 am and a second bus departs the hotel at 12:15 pm. Buses will return from PBRC at 5:15 pm to the Marriott.
