The InCommon Confab starts tomorrow (April 26). I've included below a message that went out a few days ago with important info about the meeting. Please note that we'll have coffee/tea both mornings, but breakfast is not included.

InCommon Confab: Scaling Community Trust
Arlington, Virginia * April 26-27, 2012

With the InCommon Confab: Scaling Community Trust now approaching, here is some important information to help make your experience productive and enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing you in Arlington!

DATES: Thursday, April 26 and Friday, April 27 (through 12:30 pm)

LOCATION: Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202; Phone 703-920-3230.

NOTE: There are two Marriotts in Crystal City and both are connected to the Metro stop. You are going to the Crystal Gateway Marriott, NOT the Crystal City Marriott.

 * The hotel sits atop the Crystal City Metro station, just one stop north of National Airport on the Blue and Yellow lines.

REGISTRATION: SALON H/J: NAME BADGE and other important meeting materials will be available starting at 7:30 am Thursday (April 26) in Salon H/J. The opening keynote will begin promptly at 8:30 am.

CASUAL ATTIRE is suggested.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS will be available throughout the meeting space and hotel common areas.

MEALS: Breakfast is on your own both Thursday and Friday. Lunch will be provided. Dinner Thursday is on your own.

INCOMMON AFFILIATES: InCommon Affiliates will have display tables in Salon F/G, where all breaks will take place. Affiliates provide consulting and solutions related to federated identity management and we invite you to visit with them.
