Internet2 to Netcast Highlights of its Annual Spring Member Meeting 

Meeting to Address Key Advances in High Performance Networking and
Applications

ANN ARBOR, MI - April 20, 2007 - Internet2 will hold its annual Spring
Member Meeting from April 23-25, 2007 in Arlington, VA. The meeting brings
together hundreds of leaders within the research and education community to
address key advances in high-performance networking and other leading-edge
Internet technologies. Internet2 will netcast live select sessions from its
member meeting including a keynote address from Bruce Cole, the chairman of
the National Endowment for the Humanities as well as the presentation of the
2007 Internet2 IDEA awards and the most recent Internet2 Land Speed Records.

The member meeting will cover topics such as scalable next-generation
network infrastructures, advancements in and adoption of middleware
capabilities, high-performance network security, as well as presentations on
advanced applications.
