VoEx, INC. BECOMES INTERNET2 CORPORATE MEMBER

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 27, 2004 - VoEx, Inc., the premier provider of
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network services and integration for the
large enterprise marketplace and higher education community, announced today
that the company has become a corporate member of Internet2(R), the
university-led advanced networking research and development consortium.
VoEx will collaborate with Internet2 members to develop and deploy enhanced
VoIP applications and solutions.
