We are excited to announce the 2025 NET+ Google Workspace for Education (GWE) offerings, designed to continue supporting your institution’s evolving technology and collaboration needs. Please find the 2025 NET+ Google Workspace for Education (GWE) offerings FAQ Doc here. Below are the key updates and details:

 

Pricing and Order Deadlines

 

• Pricing Terms: Orders signed before December 15, 2025, for universities with renewal dates prior to January 9, 2026, will be eligible for the 2025 pricing structure. Discounts are available for:

o Multi-year agreements

o Additional Workspace Storage

o Exclusive Gemini discounts for NET+ GWE Plus subscribers 

• Purchase Threshold: The minimum purchase requirements remain tied to Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), as defined by iPeds.
• In 2025, we’re including Gemini for Google Workspace for Education offers for the first time, including:

o For customers with a Google Workspace for Education Plus subscription through Internet2, the following discounts apply for Gemini Education and/or Gemini Education Premium:

·         25-99 licenses: 25% discount

·         100-500 licenses: 30% discount

·         500+ licenses: 35% discount

 

Purchase Guidelines

 

• Existing Customers

o Existing customers do not need to sign a new Reseller Service Order. We simplified the process, so renewing customers only need to complete a one-page order form along with Exhibit D for 2025.

• New Customers

o New customers can leverage the updated Reseller Service Order (RSO), available through our authorized resellers: CDW Amplified for Education, or Burwood, .
