Greetings.
I updated from 4.4.0 to 4.7.1. this leads to Trusted Root Certificates
located in /opt/grouper/certs/anchors/ to stop working as a result of
GRP-4932.
The documentation now seems to be inconsistent after the update.

Should the anchors now go in /opt/grouper/certs/client/ folder with pem file
extension? Does that work?
