You need to make sure your subject source is setup with an identifier which is the same as the SAML attribute so the subject can be found.

Dear Team Grouper,

I have done maturity level 0 installation for the grouper as suggested in the documentation. I have also enabled the Shibboleth Authentication for the grouper by removing the basic Authentication. When I am trying to login with the Shibboleth, I am able to login to the application, I am also getting the SAML attributes from the SAML Authentication. Once logged into the application, it says "Your username could not be found in the system as an entity". Please help me on proceeding further. Attached the screenshots.
