Adding privileges is a performance issue so we only want to do that if we
must. If there are attributes or a site-wide setting that might work...

It might also be nice to "split the READ" hair too...

A privilege ( on the Group ) to allow members to SEE ONLY their own
membership in the group. ( Maybe call it "READ SELF"? 😊 )

Correct, you need READ to see memberships including your own. I can see how
you might want a registry-wide setting to let people see their own groups,
but this would be a change...

Olivier,

For a user to be able to see their membership in a group.... They need View (
and likely Read ) privileges to the group in question.

I have not tested if Read is required, but I would think it would be.

Hello,

I found out that a logged in user on Grouper GUI has an empty list when
accessing the UiV2MyGroups.myGroupsMemberships page.

The only way I found to let him see his groups it to add him to the
groups.wheel.readonly.group, but I don't want to give such privileges.

Is this the expected behavior?

Is there a grouper properties that could let him view his groups?

Thanks.
