We are experiencing an issue with our audit log timing out in the 2.3 UI. We are fully patched, as of today. We also tried the new view membership audit log with the same result. This happens with new and old groups or small and large groups like.

We checked our UI and database server (mysql) and we aren't seeing any performance issues when we try to run an audit log. We also enabled debug logging on the UI and didn't find any relevant messages.

Analyze Tables (from the performance doc below) used to help temporary with this issue, but it does not help any more.

We are wondering if there is an index issue with the audit log queries. Is there a way for us to pull the audit log query from the source so we can try running the audit log SQL directly against the database? We are hoping we can use the query to find out where the bottleneck is.
