Vivek and I made some improvements to types and templates in grouper 2.4 ui patch 29

  1. https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/GRP-2128 - Detect object types based on folders' extensions and allow auto assigning object types
  2. https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/GRP-2134 - Add types when creating folders via templates (new app, GDG structure)
  3. Other minor things: GRP-2155, GRP-2156
