If one of them doesn’t have references in other tables (you will know from foreign keys), then you can delete from grouper_members.  Note, I would copy that row beforehand exactly so you can recreate or have a reference to the uuids if needed

Subject: [grouper-users] Subject with two subject_id

 

We have a user in grouper_members twice. Their subject_identifier0 is their email address, but they have 2 subject_id. We resolved the issue (account recreated with a new subject_id by mistake). All memberships point to the original subject_id.

 

What is the best way to remove Grouper's memory of the bad record? IE can we delete from grouper_members or is there a better way?
