See GRP-1881.  Mr. Hyzer has fixed the problem in 2.4.  All I did was use it, 
there was clearly a bug.  My thanks to Mr. Hyzer for the quick response.  I 
am working now to get to 2.4 but it will take several days given start of 
semester issues.
