It works for me on the demo server.  If you wait until your rules daemon runs (nightly), it will assign the privs.  Or if you install patches 2.3.0 ui # 37/38 (which also requires api #90 and maybe others).

I need some help setting up inherited privileges. I would like to give all users the View privilege for all groups under the cu:ref folder. I display that folder and select "More -> Privileges inherited to objects in folder". I click "Add members" and then I add "EveryEntity" assign to "Group" privilege "View", all levels.

 

When I look at one of the groups under that folder I select "More -> This group's privileges inherited from folders" and I see EveryEntity with the View privilege. When I click on Privileges there are no privileges listed for EveryEntity. When I log in as an ordinary users I can't see any group under the cu:ref folder.

 

API patches 0 to 88 are installed

UI patches 0 to 35 are installed
