Are you using Grouper loader to create the reference groups from Banner?

Yes

What are you using to reflect Grouper authorization groups into
Canvas, PoepleHub, AD, etc?

Canvas, PeopleHub for now but we are planning to do AD and some other systems.

What version of Grouper are you running? And have you reviewed the
TIER Grouper Deployment Guide?

We are running version 2.3.0 (latest patch) and have reviewed the TIER deployment guide and tried to follow their best practices as much as possible.
