Are you using XML (sources.xml) or properties file (subject.properties) for subject source?

 

Something like this:

 

 

     <!-- If using emails and need email addresses in sources, set which attribute has the email address in this source -->

     <init-param>

       <param-name>emailAttributeName</param-name>

       <param-value>mail</param-value>

     </init-param>

 

Or

 

subjectApi.source.<sourceName>.param.emailAttributeName.value = mail

Subject: [grouper-users] attestation admin email addresses

 

Setting up attestation for the first time. We are on the most recent patched release as of Monday (12/18). I followed the instructions linked below. When I configure a static email address, I receive the email. When I set it to send to admins and updaters, I don't get any emails.

The instructions say it "it picks up the emails from subject source email property of admins for the group."

 

Our user attribute for email is mail. Can we set Attestation to use the admin's mail attribute instead of email?  Am I supposed to declare an email subject source property in our sources config? I searched the wiki and couldn't find anything about declaring which field is the email address.
