Hi all,

going on with my tests I think I found the solution. Seemingly a "permission 
ressource" is an attribute definition name based on a "permission" (not 
"limit"!) attribute definition.

Hi,

it seems I have exactly the same problem right now. Browsing and googleing I 
have found this older thread which was apparently never solved. I've also 
been watching the training videos as well as the documentation but didn't 
find a solution.

I want to assign a new permission in Lite UI, based on the default 
permissions. But whatever I type in in "permission resource" I get "No 
results found" (although there should be some).  What must I do to declare a 
folder/group/attributeDef/??   a "permission resource"?

Thanks Chris.  I'm still in the middle of a few things before I test the 
calls again.

Meanwhile, it appears like I'm missing another component within the 
permissions.

what is a permission resource?  (is it just another folder/stem for example?) 
How do I associate a "permission resource" to a permission?
How do I specify this resource when assigning permission to a role?
I tried assigning a permission using the UI and I'm stuck at permission 
resource. whatever I enter, it does not appear to know any permission 
resources?
