So, is this kind of behavior just not supported, or would it be considered a bug?

I still see some work going on with pspng so our production is still using psp. However I think we found some sort of bug.

We had one user create a group, and then within a minute, rename it. It doesn't look like psp attempted to create the original group (I guess that makes sense since the id path is the new name now), but it did try to rename a group that wasn't there. It's pretty clear that is what's going on as the error states: "Will not rename. Alternate identifier must exist on target."

Is there any quick workaround to this? Other than telling them to not rename right after creation?
