Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

Hi,

We are running Grouper 2.3.0.

We have a loader job that runs, multiple times per day, scanning and
looking for new course groups.

When it finds a new group it creates the "standard" set of
include/exclude groups in the appropriate folder

my:org:courses:some_course:students_systemOfRecord
my:org:courses:some_course:students system of record and includes
my:org:courses:some_course:students includes
my:org:courses:some_course:students excludes
my:org:courses:some_course:students

Normally this loader job is working well, but recently we have had two
cases where only the students_systemOfRecord group was created. None of
the other 4 groups were created.

The audit log for the students_systemOfRecord group shows nothing
unusual, and there are no errors or warnings in the loader log file.
The daily report, received via email, shows no failed loader jobs.

Other courses were handled correctly by the loader job during the same
time.

Any thoughts on what might be the issue, and how we would troubleshoot?
