Im making progress but not quite there yet.

Vivek, I changed the WS tarball and the installer so that it doesn’t need to 
build the SCIM module, it’s a binary now.

But the server I don’t think starts correctly.  Vivek, get the latest 
installer and try it out and discuss with me offline and we can get this 
working and then reply to the list.

This error looks like ( may be exactly ) the error that the GitHub build 
process has been throwing for months.


I have been looking at the Github build process and I have a WAG.
        WAG: Because I don't use Maven.

I think the /grouper-ws-scim/pom.xml 'parent.relativePath' value should end 
in "/pom.xml" instead of pointing at a directory.
