We're looking for a way to enforce unique group names for groups created under
a particular parent folder (with sub-folder structure), not across all
folders.

This parent folder structure would hold all groups to be provisioned to
external services (like Box). We'd like to avoid using the path(display_name)
as group names, as it may not always reflect to which organization group
belongs.  

Is there's a way to do this with the GroupUniqueExtensionHook or any other
built-in method?
