Grouper loader real time updates is now available in Grouper 2.3.0 patch 53.  This is currently for SQL_SIMPLE and SQL_GROUP_LIST loader jobs.

The idea is that you can put triggers on the tables that you use for your SQL jobs to update another table to indicate the subjects that have been updated. Then this new job will compare the subjects' groups in Grouper and the source and make the appropriate changes.

There's documentation on how to configure this and example triggers.
