I think the loader service "remembers" the jobs until restarted.  I'm not 
sure if there is a good way to avoid the errors other than preemptively 
restarting the service.

I did restart the loader after noticing the error in the log.  I was just 
wondering if there was a way to have jobs removed when the loader groups are 
removed.
