The pspng attributes are not created at installation, but instead are created when PSPNG first handles a changelog event.

Therefore, you need to configure a PSPNG connection and restart the daemon/loader (which will instantiate PSPNG for one of the random backlogged events which will create the attributes). You can then add the attribute to parts of your group tree for those parts to be provisioned.

Greetings from snowy Toronto.

I've recently installed 2.3.0 in a test environment as well as the PSPNG
(paste from the install transcript below) which I understand should have
dealt with the provision_to and do_not_provision_to issue described in
GRP-1318. The installation completed successfully and the etc tree is
(mostly) populated out.

I've looked throughout the etc tree but cannot find these provision_to
and do_not_provision_to attributes anywhere. In our case, we want to
limit provisioning to one particular stem so this feature is kind of
important.

Should I create these attributes manually or is there a better procedure
to resolve?
