Yeah, I saw that… such count based (or percentage based) failsafes, IMHO,
really aren’t the right thing to do when you have large populations leaving
the institution - departmental losses, student graduations and so on. It’s
only after a certain period of time it is safe to remove people. I have
added the GRP-1369.
