Yes, I do have that but I realized it was the same one as for the grouper-ui. I am going to use the build.example.properties but wasn't sure if it needs any changes for it.

Do you have a build.properties file?  If not, can you try copying it from build.example.properties?

When attempting to implement kerberos authentication I am encountering this error message.

[idsgrouper1t:root]/opt/local/grouper/ws/grouper-ws> ant dist
Buildfile: /opt/local/grouper/grouper.ws-2.2.2/grouper-ws/build.xml

BUILD FAILED
/opt/local/grouper/grouper.ws-2.2.2/grouper-ws/build.xml:32: Couldnt detect build.properties property file entry (it's probably new, copy the entry from build.example.properties): webapp.folder

Please advise.
