Are you in the “bin” directory when you run that?

Can you run “gsh” with no arguments?

Dear Chris,

 

Due to java version issues when attempting to provision groups from Grouper to AD we uninstalled java version 1.8 and went back a version to 1.7

 

Unfortunately now we cannot reinstall Grouper and below is where the install  gets to before hitting an error and we are at a complete loss as to what to try to get past this stderr – can you offer any suggestions please as to what we need to do ?

 

 

Adding user GrouperSystem to grouper-ws users group with command:

 

/data01/grouper/grouper.ws-2.2.2/grouper-ws/build/dist/grouper-ws/WEB-INF/bin/gsh.sh /data01/grouper/grouper.apiBinary-2.2.2/gshAddGrouperSystemWsGroup.gsh

 

stderr: Error: Could not find or load main class edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.app.gsh.GrouperShellWrapper
