I am working with Grouper 2.3, installing on a Server 2012 machine with 4 processor, 8GB RAM.

 

Currently the application installs normally and is accessible immediately after the initial install. If the server is rebooted for any reason, the Grouper UI no longer functions and cannot be accessed via the published URL.

 

When logging to the server, the tomcat services are running, but the UI service is not. Running the startup.bat file located <installdir>\apache-tomcat-6.0.35\ the tomcat service start, but it appears that there is a problem with the database connection.

 

I have attached the error log file from the <installdir>\apache-tomcat-6.0.35\logs\grouperui folder.

 

Could you provide some assistance with what might be occurring and how to correct it?
