I'm feeling a little confused:  I just patched dist, seems like if I do an "ant dist" in ui I might lose some of that (or will the "ant dist" get all of the patches from the patched api?)

Can you try /usr/local/grouper2.3/grouper.ui-2.3.0/dist/grouper/WEB-INF

Note:  I am using the installer's apache-tomcat to run the UI.
