Internet2 is pleased to announce the release of Grouper version 2.2.2.  This is a minor release that fixes 56 issues from 2.2.1, 47 of which are included in 2.2.1 patches.

Some notable changes in 2.2.2:

 

·         Readonly and viewonly admin groups (admin level can view Grouper or see memberships but not edit)

·         Grouper loader failsafe threshold (do not accidentally remove too many members)

·         Rename include/exclude affects all groups

·         Add composite details to membership list (on UI)

·         Startup checks for Java version and UTF-8 abilities

·         Refresh loader group from UI (button)

·         New hooks (unique objects names, privilege inheritance)

·         Move and copy from WS

·         Auto-create user folders

·         Patch creator in grouperInstaller
